What is the Founding Council?
The first 50 DELIDEC customers get the full 8-chair council at $1,499/mo locked for life — even when we add tiers above, even at renewal. Lifetime price guarantee. Once 50 seats are filled, the tier closes forever and the standard pricing ($2,999/mo for Full Council) becomes the entry point for new customers.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade any time prorated to the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Founding Council seats are non-transferable — if you cancel and want to come back, you re-enter at the then-current standard rate.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual prepay is -15% on any standard tier (Single Advisor, Trio, Quorum, Full Council). Founding Council is already at its lifetime-lock floor and doesn’t stack with annual discount.
What counts as a session?
One session = one signed verdict (8-chair parallel deliberation, ~12 minutes wall-clock, full citation manifest, sealed memo PDF). Unused sessions do not roll over month-to-month. Founding Council and Full Council tiers are unlimited.
What’s included in Enterprise?
Custom chair training on your firm’s documents, dedicated single-tenant infrastructure, BAAs / DPAs / MSAs under your standard procurement terms, EU data residency (Frankfurt or Dublin), SSO (SAML / OIDC / Okta / Azure AD), white-label option (your brand on the verdict seal), per-deliberation or per-portco outcome pricing, dedicated relationship manager with weekly cadence + quarterly business review.
Do I need to bring my own data?
You can, on any paid plan. Upload your contracts, prior board packets, financial model, customer agreements — as PDF, Word (.docx), or plain text (.txt / .md) — that’s the “Company DNA” the council reads. Without it, you get strong generic deliberation. With it, the council answers your questions, on your facts. AES-256 encrypted at rest, never trained on, deletable any time.
How does the verdict seal work?
Every memo carries a SHA-256 hash of its canonical content, embedded in the Sigillum wax seal printed in the corner. Anyone can paste the hash at delidec.com/verify to retrieve the signing chain, timestamp, and citation manifest. If a single byte of the memo changes after sealing, the hash breaks. Forever.
What’s the SLA?
Single Advisor and Trio tiers: best-effort. Quorum and Full Council: 99.5% uptime, ~95-second median verdict latency. Enterprise: 99.95% uptime with credits for downtime, custom-SLA terms in the MSA.
How does billing & renewal work?
Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew each period (monthly, or yearly for annual plans) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing boris@delidec.com; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the period you’ve already paid for. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout. Recurring terms are disclosed and confirmed at checkout before payment.
Refund policy?
30-day money-back on any first-time subscription, no questions asked. After the 30-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; annual prepay is prorated on cancellation (minus a 5% processing fee).
