The wall · public memo ledger

Every verdict the council signs.
Anonymized. Sealed. Public.

After every customer's verdict, with their consent, the question and the council's vote are stripped of identifying detail and posted here. The full memo isn't published — the seal manifest is. Anyone can verify any memo at delidec.com/verify. The boardroom, finally readable in public.

★ How the wall works

Customer permission gates every publication.

When a customer signs into a verdict, they decide at memo close whether to publish the anonymized version to the wall. Default is private — opt-in only. We never publish without explicit consent.

Once consent is given, an anonymization pass strips: company name, individual names, specific dollar amounts, named competitors, geographic specifics, and any PII. The question shape, the vote split, the chair positions, and the citation density are preserved. The seal hash carries forward unchanged.

The wall is the company's strongest single piece of evidence. It is also the customer's strongest reference — the LP, the board, the next-round investor can verify any memo independently against the seal.

  • Default: private. Customer decides per-memo at sign time.
  • Anonymization: automated pass + human review before publication.
  • Seal: preserved across anonymization. Hash never changes.
  • Verification: every wall entry links to /verify for SHA-256 lookup.
  • Retraction: customer can request removal at any time. The ledger entry is marked "retracted" but the seal manifest stays for historical audit.
  • Aggregation: stats above update in near-real-time once the wall opens.
