# DELIDEC

> DELIDEC OS convenes eight specialist AI executives that analyze a decision independently; the COO compiles them into one cited, sealed memo with dissent on the record. Governed, auditable, human-in-the-loop — you make the final call.

DELIDEC is a multi-agent deliberation layer for high-stakes business decisions. Eight chairs — COO, CFO, CLO, CTO, CMO, CSO, CPO and CHRO — reason from their own domains; the COO compiles them into one recommendation with a calibrated confidence score, any dissent, and citations to primary sources. Every memo is sealed and tamper-evident ("DELIDEC-sealed") and can be verified later. DELIDEC is decision support, not a decision-maker: the human always makes the final call, and low-confidence questions escalate to a person.
